Notification for the Arrangement for 2014 Dragon Boat FestivalHoliday
To all the company branches and departments:
According to the national requirements and the companys decision, the office
staff will enjoy the holiday from 31th May (i.e. Saturday) to 2nd June
(i.e. Monday) for three days, The production departments should make effective
crew arrangements according to the concrete construction process, and make
personals of the company branches and functional departments be on duty that
all the things should be ready the same as normal work time such as information
communication and coordination in time, deployment of the equipments, personal
and goods etc. especially for the project leaders to have good thought training
and safety consciousness to make sure all the work will be constructed reposefully
during the holiday!
Office personnel must be on duty during the holiday according to the normal
situation; all departments arrange personnel on duty list and report the
personel on duty.
Pay tribute to the personals who are still working at site during the holiday for
their hard working!
